All sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once a product has been shipped or opened. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We’ll verify your order details and either send you the correct item or issue a full refund for our mistake.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and include clear photos of the packaging and product. Because shipping carriers are responsible for transit damage, each case will be reviewed individually. We’ll determine whether a replacement or partial refund is possible based on the photos and shipping conditions.
